A Work in Progress

Just an FYI, I am going to be attempting to make some changes to our template this week. If you stop in and things are missing or blank, please be sure to check back. I'm a novice, so sometimes it takes awhile for me to figure these things out.

Thanks for your patience... and pray for me... I'll need all the help I can get.

Lucy and Ethel, that's AWESOME!

Thanks for stopping by my pad Ethel, and yes, "The Crying of Lot 49" is an amazing book if you have the ability to see past the surface of things. I read that for an upper level college literature course, and I was the only person in the class to really "get it." Class discussions pretty much consisted of me and the professor explaining to everyone else what the heck was going on.

I like your template and love your blog. Found you on Bart's. I also love Lucy, they don't make stuff like that anymore, do they?

Thanks, tomcat and deb... I plan to keep the same basic template and wouldn't dream of losing LUCY! I am going to try to set up a wider template with a second sidebar.

Who knows? It may prove to be too much for me, but I'm always game to try... Just ask poor Ethel who had the misfortune of checking the blog the day I had left an open html tag and everything was gone!

I live in mortal fear of losing my template because I wouldn't know the first thing about fixing it. You are much braver than I and I wish you all the luck in the world.

Someone on the net who knows all things computer made my header and installed it for me. If it ever leaves me, I'm sunk.

There were two times with old blogger that I clicked on the link to my site and it was blank. I posted a comment begging for help at another site. Another fairy godfather bailed me out of that one too.

Again good luck and I hope you don't need it.

I've messed with my template quite a bit, once I got in the habit of SAVING IT FIRST!!! LOL!

I just save it as a .txt file too, so all the formatting is duplicated and not implemented.

Good luck and Have Fun!

Hi Ethel ~~ Thank you so much for your good wishes for my hospital visit. I am Ok, just tired.
Good luck with your template. My brother does all that for me as I wouldn't have a clue. I do remember something about saving your template, before altering it. Cheers, Merle.
